David Cook, that is, won season 7 of American Idol. He deserves it though I was rooting for little David from the start. Anyway, I think the 2 should have a duet for real. I love their number together, singing the song Hero by Nickelback vocalist Chad Kroeger.

Has anyone noticed the “stars” on American Idol finalists David Cook and David Archuleta hours ago? AC/DC had a star pendant on his necklace while Archu-d2 sported a star-printed shirt.
Yeah I really think David Cook has more range and is more versatile as a singer but my reasons for supporting little David is more personal. [...]

On last night’s American Idol, the contestants sang songs from the year they were born. David Cook chose Michael Jackson’s “Billie Jean” song but opted to use Chris Cornell’s cover of the song. Huh?!
