“Buffy the Vampire Slayer” alum Michelle Trachtenberg has made a deal to appear on multiple episodes of Gossip Girl. She will play the role of Georgina Sparks, a girl fresh from rehab who goes back to the Upper East Side and make life miserable for Serena van der Woodsen (Blake Lively). Though I’m not a fan of Trachtenberg, I think she’s a slightly better choice than The O.C.’s Mischa Barton who was allegedly offered the role first. But Barton reportedly turned down the role (thank God for that!)
